Regulatory information.
CrossGate Law is a legal practice engaged in advising primarily commercial and business clients. The work we undertake is unregulated and therefore not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to undertake regulated activities.
This means that we are not required to comply with the SRA's compulsory minimum professional indemnity insurance requirements and our clients are not eligible to bring claims under the SRA’s Compensation Fund. We voluntarily hold liability insurance for our clients’ peace of mind. Details of our insurance and our complaints policy are available to clients on request.
Our Director and Principal Consultant, Imran Kali, is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales (SRA number 359078), holds a valid practising certificate and is authorised and regulated by the SRA. Unless stated otherwise, all other consultants working on behalf of CrossGate Law are also qualified solicitors in England and Wales.
